The car rental company had many customers, which resulted in a long wait of an hour and a half to pick up the car. I was forced to purchase an 88 Euro insurance as the staff did not recognize the insurance bought on Zuzuche.

The location was extremely difficult to find, and it was impossible to get in touch with them, which wasted a lot of time. There were hidden charges as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The rental spot was very hard to locate, and there was no shuttle service. When I called local customer service, they spoke in rapid Italian, and later on, the phone line became unreachable. I had to rely on Google Maps and drag my heavy suitcase to find the place myself. Because of being late, I was charged extra fees, and I couldn't get the car model I originally chose. In summary, the experience was awful—I'll definitely opt for a big-name rental company in the future.

Muy mal servicio. Entregan coches llenos de toques y rallas por todos lados que notificas pero dicen que no pasa nada, y a la vuelta te hacen un teatro y te obligan a pagar por defectos ya existentes en la recogida. Fatal, no volveré a viajar con ellos.

First, I arrived at the airport and contacted them. They told me to wait, but after an hour, no one showed up to pick us up. Eventually, I had to spend 160 RMB on a taxi to their store. When I arrived, I found out that others who had been waiting with me at the airport also took a taxi. It became clear that this was a common issue with this company. At the front desk, the woman kept aggressively pushing their insurance, almost implying that they wouldn't give me the car if I didn't buy it. I made it clear that I only wanted the basic insurance and nothing else. After arriving in Shanghai, I noticed an additional charge of 22 Euros. When I contacted them through the taxi service, I was told it was a pre-paid cleaning fee, which they never mentioned at the time of pickup. If this fee existed, why wasn't I informed when I collected the car? While the amount isn't significant, it's extremely dishonest. I do not recommend this car rental company at all.

Rude attitude

They aggressively pushed insurance at the beginning, even though I already purchased full coverage through Zuzuche. It took half an hour before they handed over the car. Upon return, they claimed a minor scratch, which was disputed, and charged me 325 euros for damages. Since I had a flight to catch, I couldn't argue with them further and had to leave. I didn’t receive any written damage report; they said they would email it to me. Strongly do not recommend using this company!

Specific issues include: - Push for overpriced insurance: They highly emphasize scenarios with high compensation to sell a €150 insurance policy. Upon refusal, they appear to take a vengeful stance. - Extremely slow pickup process: They questioned the translated document provided by Zuzuche. Later, I saw on Google reviews that this company tends to use document doubts to increase fees. - Malicious damage claims: The vehicle damage report was very vague and missed many parts, with no photos taken. After inspecting thoroughly, they reluctantly added details. At return, they scrutinized the car with a magnifying glass and claimed small white spots on the glass were my fault, demanding a glass replacement and charging €1100. Their attitude was extremely arrogant during communication.

Because the card I brought was not a chip card, the rental company forced me to purchase full insurance, which cost nearly 400 euros. Although it was partly my fault, the company was completely inflexible. Additionally, this company often does not provide the reserved car model and asks for extra payment. Overall, the service was mediocre.
