CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON RENT PLUS IN PRAGUE

It was my first time renting from this company, which I believe is a local Czech company. The rental price was very reasonable, and they even provided a highway vignette for Czech roads (you'll need to buy one separately if crossing into Austria or other countries). There was no pressure to purchase extra insurance or other hidden charges. The deposit of 25,000 Czech koruna was released on the afternoon of the return day.

The person who received us when picking up the car was not that friendly but the one who received us when dropping the car of was very firendly!

The experience with Rent Plus was less than satisfactory....they forced us to pay for the rental on pick up despite the fact that we provided a receipt showing payment made in full. They denied our pre-purchase of the full insurance option and were basically rude in our dealings with them.

We communicated our issues with Rent Plus...that we paid for the rental again in order to get the car we reserved...and we were very impressed with Easyrentcars resolution of this issue and the timely credit we received for the added charges.

The car complately fulfill my expection.

Usually I have a very smooth process with Rent Plus company, even during the pandemic, but this time I found out a charge no one told me about from my deposit cc and still can't find any reasonable explanation for this from their customer support, for more than 2 weeks. Supper disappointed.

When renting the car, they strongly recommended purchasing full insurance from them, but I insisted I already bought it through the rental platform, and they immediately proceeded to provide the car. I was lucky to get a Toyota hybrid vehicle this time, which saved me a lot on fuel costs. Returning the car was surprisingly easy; it only required entering the parking lot and using an automated camera to scan the car, and the return process was complete without any staff physically inspecting the car at pickup or return. About a week later, the full deposit was refunded—very trustworthy.
