Signage could have been better in the terminal. Everything else was spot on.

The car need better cleaning. Inside was very dirty and there was some paint all over the seats.

Good support from the staff even although at the end I did not get what I aksed.

the drop off location is hard to be found especially now when road work is in process exactly on the right lane. Also the drop off sign is obstructed by other signs. is impossible to be seen from 200-300m. I was forced to pay a parking ticket of 3£ just because I got lost in parking area. Also I need to double check if the car has any marks... I don't think that a customer can be a damage insurance agent or whatever. Apart of that everything was good and stuff was really helpful.
