Overall satisfied. Even though the car battery died midway and the car wouldn't start, the rental company promptly delivered a replacement car and even upgraded it.
This is my second time renting a car from them. The service is excellent and communication is smooth. Since I needed to take a ferry, I requested the vehicle inspection certificate, and they arranged it for me. I'm very satisfied!
