The car pickup process was very quick and convenient, but returning the car at the airport wasn't as smooth. Overall, handling the procedures through QEEQ is really convenient and practical, much better than renting after arrival. Thumbs up for QEEQ!
Overall, this self-driving trip in Turkey was joyful and pleasant. The car we got from the rental company was a nearly new Renault with automatic transmission, and it was easy to handle. The company's service attitude was also good. The only regret was that our original request for a car delivery service was not fulfilled (it seems other rental companies do offer this service). Additionally, the pickup address provided by the company did not match the actual pickup location, which caused some trouble when picking up the car. We had to spend quite some time finding the place.
