Chaos

The car was a little used and what I mean is it had ware and that was so nice I did not have to worry about parking it at the store with the small damage already done it was nice not to have to worry that someone might "ding it" it ran like new and it got great gas mileage.

It was easy to get the rental and easy to book

The wait time in line at pick up was far too long. When I was finally able to get to the counter the agent went to Dollar (next booth over) to inquire if I could get the same type of vehicle for the same price because Fox didn't have any available. Lucky for me they did, but I had to haggle with them about the price because the Fox agent told them something different from my reservation, but I was able to show the Dollar agent what I had reserved & wanted. If I had not had the information to show them I don't know what would have happened.

The car was fine. However, I had to pay additional fees for the renatl which was never explained to me.

Took forever in line to get car.

Bummer on getting a shuttle after drop off, an employee stepped up to help out or I would have been screwed
