The agent that served me when pickup the vehicle Christina, who is a team led, was advised that I had all the insurances required to cover the vehicle and liability. She advised me that she would put the liability insurance @ 13.99 just to show in case something was to happen. She advised me that there would be no charge. So I believe her as she is a team led. Well, at the time of drop off, I was charged $130.00 for the liability insurance. I complained to the manager, who did not speak English well, and said that I had to pay the liability insurance as I did not sign the waiver. Bull shit, I call, She lied to me and got a commission on the liability insurance. As a frequent Fox renter, I was deceived by her and the manager even after I showed both my liability insurance coverage that I have with my insurer. Never again I will rent a vehicle from Fox or Economy who did the same thing to my buddy last week. Folks watch out for these company... They are cheaper than the one at the airport but they screw you with insurance. They will lie in your face to make more commission. Read all the details on your contract and ensure that the contract show what you want or need. Shame on you Christina and Fox Car Rental, Shame.....

Using them all the time . I like how easy to do check in and check out . Never had any issues with them . The only think they can improve is sometimes we have a big line and spending extra time to wait at the check in. Check out process is very good and quick .

So far I like it. The best car rental prices and easy to book it.

The counter staff was very nice and very helpful. I did not receive enough information about the tolls, how to pay them on time, the website to pay them on time, how to avoid penalties and fees in California, when I found the page were only 5 days to pay them, now I will have penalties and fees for this, When I delivered the car I asked about this concern and nobody knew anything about this and they called the supervisor and he didn't know how to give me an appropriate answer and he wasn't helpful nor nice, he was rude and I got angry for this, I delivered the car on saturday 20th. the insurance was other problem, I booked online the car and I paid the insurance of $ 120.75 and when I rented the car, I had to pay for another insurance because that did not serve me and I claimed to cancel with that company and they refused to refund the money. On the other hand the car was in perfect condition I'm very happy with the service.

I waited over an hour for a customer service agent. This has never happened in my life at a car rental agency. Once I got to customer service it was very fast, the agent was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He was one of 4-5 other agents, but the other agents seemed to take much longer. This appeared to be part of the extreme wait time. I also did not get the car I wanted. I reserved a 4-door sedan, but got an SUV. I was so tired and hot (it was 90 degrees in Denver) from waiting that I didn't even ask for a different car, I just wanted to get out and leave. Drop off was much faster, but I noticed that the line for others to get their cars in the morning, was just as long as it was for me in the afternoon when picking up the car. The shuttle to the airport was ready and waiting.

My husband and I used a different company six months ago so we were very nervous about the shuttle pick up, with the other company we waited an hour and a half and ended up having to take a taxi to the location. This shuttle pulled up minutes after our arrival and picked us up immediately at drop off, we had such a great experience the counter staff was very nice, and less strict than other companies we have worked with. Although we were overly prepared due to issues six months ago with a different company we did not need everything we brought. We had a really good experience and will use this company again .
