Great car hire!

The lady at the Cairns pickup location provided excellent service, carefully explaining everything and informing us about roadside assistance.

There weren't many issues with renting the car, except that after returning it, daily charges were made to my credit card for four consecutive days. When I contacted customer service to find out why, they kept saying they were coordinating with the rental company, but after four days, there was still no resolution. It was terrible, and I had to freeze my credit card. They said the charges were for toll fees, but I rented three cars at the same time, all took the same route, and the other two cars weren't charged. Only mine was charged every day after returning it. Really strange.

Currently filing a claim regarding reimbursement for a flat tire. Currently ongoing.

Like: Was very happy with the whole experience. Happy that the car seat was installed. Happy with the vehicle and the customer service. Will use again.
Dislike: As always, prices could be improved :)

Like: Great service, no fuss and gotten upgraded.
