More expensive than shown

I recommend buying insurance from the car rental company. QEEQ's own insurance requires you to pay upfront and the rental company also needs a £2000 deposit, which is locked for a long time. I had an accident this time, and fortunately, I thought the deposit was too high, so I bought comprehensive insurance for £200 from the rental company. When the accident happened, I called the rental company directly. It's impossible to reach QEEQ's customer service on the phone. If they charge customers, but can't provide the service, why make it difficult for people abroad?

DO NOT HIRE ANY CAR FROM EASIRENT I had a terrible e experience, with them starting by making me wait 40 minutes for the shuttle bus, or I could "get a taxi". Then they tried to say I was out of hours and wanted to charge me £60 extra on top of my hire, then wanted £1500+£100 deposit for a car with half full tank etc. I ended up walking out with no car, and a family looking to get a taxi in an industrial estate outside of town, which cost me £50. So no hire car and more outlay...even the taxi driver said he regularly has to pick people up there...so I cant have been an isolated cash. Stick to the mainstream companies...pay the little extra...because these guys will try their best to take more.ml eyes off you.

Took a very long time to get the car. The guy on the desk kept sales pitching to get the person in front to upgrade. It was extremely frustrating. Also on the paper work it said to go to a different pick up address, wasting my time walking around while it was raining

Feel I have been conned.

Like: Van was brand new, drove very well. Good fuel consumption. Able to return the van any time of the day or night. Able to leave my car in a secure car park while I hired the van.
