Easy to book and collect car. Car was old but reliable.

Driving the car was initially challenging since it was larger than what I'm accustomed to, especially considering it was my first time handling such a big vehicle. However, as the trip progressed, I found it easier to manage. Fortunately, there wasn't a lengthy wait at the counter to collect the car, and I appreciated the helpful and patient customer service provided during both the pickup and return processes.

Booking through the platform was a breeze. Compared to other platforms I considered, Qeeq stood out as user-friendly and straightforward, both in terms of pricing and the booking process. I found it easy to compare prices and secure a confirmation reservation without any hassle.

Good service. We did notice a big chip in the windshield after we drove away...we took it back and it was repaired on the spot (hence the slightly longer pick up time.)

The car shouldn’t be allowed on the road. It’s been in multiple accidents and the brakes don’t work properly. Not safe at all. I can’t believe this is ok. I had to leave a week early and of course no refunds so I paid a premium per day for a car that shouldn’t be on the road. Literally parts are falling off the car! My next review will be online on the major sites.
