Easy, fast and cheap!

Staff had a rigid attitude. The car lacked both a parking sensor and a rearview camera. When I requested a different car, they gave some absurd reasons for not changing it, even saying that if I drove to their office, they still might not have a car with parking sensors. They clearly just didn't want to change it.

1. Spacious 2. Not a saving fuel Car but it is expected 3. Easy to manage

Smooth and Customer oriented. And most of all i can Find cheaper spacious Car for five of us

Lady at the counter was lovely! Car wasn't that comfortable, I knew it was a small car, but yaris is much more comfortable than vitz and you can feel the difference while driving

After being offered a unsuitable standard of car the local office changed my original offer to a better Rav Four

It was a very easy, smooth process to pick up the car and also drop off.

the process of renting the car was relatively straight forward.
