all ok, not much problem I didn't use the price drop function.

You took the bond on my credit card first. Then told me about insurance afterwards. So I took the insurance and you did a reversal of the bond but it hasn't been returned to my card yet. It has been 6 days already. Also, the two people at the counter had very little English language skills. Seems strange in NZ.

Car was awesome for what we paid, it did the job exactly as needed and the customer service at Great Rentals was top-notch. Our first car had a faulty charging port so they instantly gave us a new one without any hassle.

Booking was quick and easy, no worries at all.

Vehicle was not ready for pick up upon arrival Vehicle booked for 9am I was running late Arrived at 10am and still had to wait 30 mins while vehicle was being cleaned from previous customer

The drop off time was amazingly fast and easy. The pick up was very fast also, just a bit more communication would have been nice so that the person actually know whats happening next. like 'ill just get your car' or 'ill get this person here to prepare your car'' go with him'. instead of just leaving the person there like an idiot wondering whats happening.
