Dislike: that the insurance for the hybrid that I had pre-ordered was so high that I could not afford it. But I guess thats not your fault.

The service was excellent. What impressed me the most was that after returning the car, I realized at another rental location that I had left my driver's license and some cash in the toolbox. I went back to look for them, and the staff directed me to the front desk. At the same time, two staff members brought my driver's license and cash (a few hundred dollars) to the counter and returned them to me in person! I was so touched!
