Great price but hassle.

Green Motion is generally very good, but the Heathrow branch is located at the Holiday Inn which is currently being used as an asylum seekers holding area by the government and feels very insecure. Be aware that the depot does NOT open at 06:00 as reported by Qeeq and Green Motion's website but at 07:00. Note also that there is no toilet on site and no shuttle service to/from the airport apart from the hotel Hoppa bus service which is infrequent.

I received great service from start to finish. The pick up was tricky to find but obvious once we'd got our bearings in the airport. We waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle bus. On arrival there were 4 staff on duty and they dealt with us promptly. The car was in fantastic condition and the staff did a thorough inspection with me at the start. They also demonstrated all features of the car as I had not driven that brand before. Staff were attentive and helpful offering local advice too. Drop off was quick and painless with no issues.

Really easy platform to use with so many deals and offers to choose from. The referral scheme is really generous. The prices were by far the best I found compared to all other comparison sites. The price drop feature also saved me an extra 10% 2 months after I made the booking which was a lovely surprise! We were charged for a dent in the body of the car above the front right wheel which was smaller than 25mm. This dent looked to have been made by a car door opening and hitting the body of the car. We were charged £239.25 or $323.08 for this damage.
