When I arrived at the store, I showed the clerk my car rental order and said 'I have already paid all the fees through a third-party platform.' I emphasized this again, especially when he asked for my credit card, saying, 'I have paid all the fees, I will not pay any more.' This male clerk kept saying he understood, but then he said because I was not a local resident, I needed to swipe my credit card. It turned out to be an extra service charge of $368.97, despite me making it clear, 'I will not pay for any other fee.' I am preparing to file a complaint locally in the US and request to check the footage of that day. Fight against this fraudulent store to the end!

They accused me of smoking in the car without any evidence and claimed I burnt the area under the floor mat, but the mat itself was completely fine. It's impossible for me to damage the area under the mat without burning the mat itself. It's obviously done by someone else, yet they charged me $300 for the damage.
