Real value

The service is okay, but if you can choose a large car rental company, go for a big one. Their cars are cheap, but you still have to buy their insurance; otherwise, your deposit could be thousands of dollars. Additionally, there are extra fees for cross-border rentals, and the bill in case of an accident is shocking.

When picking up the car, it was brand new with just over 6000 kilometers on it. Since it was the first time picking up a car in Budapest, I didn't pay excessive attention to minor details. After driving for 28 days and returning the car, all kinds of minor issues started to come up. Every tiny wear and scratch were penalized with charges, even though they were not caused intentionally or by collisions during driving. It felt like we were driving a treasure instead of a car—any subtle damage was unacceptable. All of this ended up costing us 970 euros! What an impressive car rental company!

Pretty good and acceptable

I bought extra insurance from easyrentalcar already .they try to upsell me their local insurance for a better coverage.i don't want to pay double coverage.it doesn't make sense .it makes me so scare to drive and park my car on the street
