The service was okay, but they couldn't guarantee the same car model as booked. I reserved a Prado, but the staff gave me a much smaller car, claiming it was even bigger than what I booked (without mentioning the model he saw). I was shocked when I saw it. I emphasized that I booked a Prado because we had a lot of luggage for 5 people. The staff said there were no cars of the same class available and gave us a Nissan X-Trail instead, which felt at least one class smaller than the Prado. We barely managed to fit 2 large and 2 small suitcases.

The cigarette lighter in the originally booked Corolla was broken, making it impossible to charge the navigation device, which was unacceptable. They told me there was a tight supply of cars, and the only one available soon was a Yaris. Although the car was smaller, I couldn't get a refund for the price difference because it was booked through an agent. The price difference wasn't significant, so I accepted it. The car condition was okay, and as long as it's a large rental company, it's usually not a problem.

I ordered a Mitsubishi Outlander in order to fit 2 bicycles in the back. Instead I got a Toyota RAV4. The rear seats lay flat to make a large flat loading area, ideal for the bicycles and bags.
