Was a good trip.

Excellent service, much better than Rush Car Rental. No additional upselling, and they upgraded my car. The fuel consumption of the vehicle was not too high.

Pickup process was too slow, it took almost an hour to get the car after arriving at the store. Why can't they clean the car in advance? It was nearly dark by the time we got to Torquay.

This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.

I didn't got the car I have booked for ( Camry ) and the counter staff tell that they will give me the smaller one ( Yaris ),of course I refused, then they offer me another one looks like a truck!!! So Bad. That took me a lot of time for negotiation and tried to solve the problem. Really not recommend this agent.

Only problem we found, guy came to pick us up from Airport can’t speak English properly, really hard to understand...
