Renting from Routes

Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!

Off-airport location so you need to call upon arrival and get picked up. Information was provided at booking, and good instructions were provided when I called. Pick-up was quick and efficient. The only issue I had was that they just tell you to return the car with however much fuel is in it when you pick up. I'd prefer to start with a full tank as it's difficult to determine exactly how much fuel was used.

Almost new Vehicle (3800 KM) Pick up was easy and fast. Drop off was great too, had to wait a little for the Airport shuttle due to the high volume of people dropping of Vehicles at the same time. Did not create any issues for us since we had plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Great Booking Platform, Price protection safe us money, nice IOS App, will use this platform again.

Wasn't a Corrola but a equivalent KIA. That was frustrating. It is 5 days now and they didn't reimburse the security deposit yet. Security deposit is also very high (500 CAD).

Kia Soul is not an equivalent to Corolla.
