Like: Best price I could find
Dislike: Everything was good except how picky you are about the cleanliness of the floors especially since your cars don’t have floor mats. This is Australia and it is normal for some sand to get in the car and claiming that this “destroys the car” is simply ridiculous. You should at least have a small brush at the office for us to clean the car with, because paying a $100 cleaning fee for some specks of sand is preposterous. Also just put some mats on the floor to save everyone frustrations.

The company is located outside the airport, it's a small company but the service was quite good. We took a taxi there and the rental company reimbursed us for the taxi fare.

We didn’t expect that our credit card would be debited by about $400 as a “hold’ until after we returned the car. And then to have to wait up to one week to have this amount transferred back onto our credit card seems unreasonable. Sure just a ho,d on the card would have been all that was required. Being on a tight budget we really needed that amount for our holiday

When I rang Atlas from the airport I was asked which terminal I was in ... not sure, but that was corrected when I spoke with someone. But we found the pickup area quickly, the bus arrived within 10 minutes and I was served quickly at pickup and dropoff. My only comment was that the car had plenty of scraped paint and was dirty inside - but for the savings I made vs hiring from the airport, I didn't mind at all. I will be a returning customer!
