Thankfully we did not face huge lineups to tent the car like I have with other companies

Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

I will rent again

I had prepaid for the rental. I still waited in line for 50 minutes. The Advantage staff member (Kenny) was not informative. I was very rushed through the process. Nothing was explained! If I don't initial and sign as directed I won't be able to rent the car? I was past an hour into the process by then and did not feel like starting over. I over paid $30.00 for the refueling because I refueled the vehicle before I returned it. The Refuel Purchase Option was not explained! I was just told to initial. I will not deal with Advantage again!

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.

The car has multiple drapes and scratches on exterior. Car interior smelled like a smoker owned the car. Right front tire began losing air first day after renting
