Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The car was a diesel that got very good gas mileage. The driver’s visor was broken when we picked up. Very satisfied with the service and car.

The car that was booked was not available. They wanted to up-sell us to a sporty model , which we dec lined. Were given a caravan for the same price as reserved. Not exactly what we wanted for two people but it served our purposes.

“The long wait took time away from our vacation. They need to hire more help!!”

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.
