Excellent all round

There was a queue when picking up the car, but everything else was very convenient.

We originally booked a Toyota RAV4, for 4 people and 3 suitcases. In reality, we had 4 people and 5 suitcases, so we upgraded to a Nissan Pathfinder. The luggage space was still insufficient, and we had to fold down the last row of seats to solve the issue. Fortunately, there were only 4 of us. The upgrade also added windshield insurance, which we accidentally accepted and ended up spending an extra thirty dollars. The car’s condition was excellent, no complaints.

The rental process is a bit simplified. It would be better if there was some brief procedure introduction, especially for overseas car pickups.

No need to queue, no hidden charges, very fast service, returning the car was even faster, took only five minutes. Very impressive!

Rented a car from the Alamo store at Salt Lake City Airport. The front desk staff were very patient and served us well, clearly pointing out the pick-up location and usage precautions. They will ask if you need extra insurance, just say no, everything else went smoothly.
