Will book on Easy Rental Cars but will avoid Ace rental cars

Check in was very easy and the counter staff very helpful. It took a bit to get thru the check-in but made sure all was good.

Overall good.

Car was a Kia cerato - not a great car but was in a clean condition. Windscreen wipers weren’t great in the rain. Otherwise, everything was great including service.

Great. Price drop protector is good. I don’t think we benefited this time but we have done before.

Everything was perfect except the phone didn’t answer. The recorded message said we had to stay on the line to arrange pickup, but then on all 3 phone numbers we were put through to a message bank and there was a message “the message bank of (number) is full. Please try again later. Not only us but two other renters did the same. There was a lot of anxiety and stress which was unnecessary even though the shuttle came within about 15 mins.

The first car offered was a larger one than we booked- we asked to change to the car we booked (Toyota Corolla hatch). A Hyundai 30 was offered, which we accepted. However there were some technical problems with the car and the service officer had to find another one. 3 cars and more than 1 hour from arriving at the pick up point. The customer service was fine, it appears there may be a quality assurance problem. The drop off went extremely well. All customer service staff were very polite and helpful.
