This company is terrible. I always try to avoid them. They trap you and charge you lot of unnecessary stuff like excess insurance for not providing some documentation. This time they did not have the car I reserved online. They were still have availability online but were very rude on the phone. Refused to pick me up and did not cover for excess amount of money I had to pay to herz

There was no car on arrival at the airport. No one tried to help me. I had a pile of bags and am 6 months pregnant. I was travelling to be at my fathers funeral. IThe rental company didnt seem bothered that I was completely stranded in the middle of no where. The phone helpline answered the first time and said they'd get back to me. I waited 2 hours and no one got back to me. I tried calling the phoneline again and they hung up 4 times. My friend had to cancel his trip so he could help me, and I had to find other transport.

The most important thing was the great personal service given by the staff, including the person who picked my up and the guys I met at the office. Unlike some other rental companies I dealt with before discovering Easirent everything was upfront and straightforward . I have hired from you a number of times in the past and I will certainly be doing so in the future. Easirent is my first choice whenever I look for car hire.

Totally ripped off. On return, they pointed to tiny (2-3mm) stonechip in the windscreen and charged £135 for damage, despite my insistence that this hadn't happened during my rental. On returning home I was able to view the original condition report in better light and could see this chip was actually already marked on the sheet. But despite sending them proof of this, they refused to refund the damage charge. I can only conclude that they are purposely operating a business model based on insurance fraud and ripping off customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Like: Price was so good I wondered what the catch was. There wasn’t one!
Dislike: Wait at airport was a big long and would have been unpleasant if wet. But can’t grumble as other car hires were off site too. You need to correct the phone number on confirmation email as it is incomplete
