Good.

The car was a bit of a up grade which was unexpected but good. Staff were courteous and help full. Still waiting on my deposit return but I am sure it will come as vehicle returned in same condition as picked up and tolls or traffic infringements

Booking was easy and straight forward

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the car rental place very late. They arranged a car to pick us up. We got a diesel Holden, which was excellent.

Every staff member provided excellent service. They even drove to the airport to pick me up, which was quite far. Excellent service.

Efficient and friendly counter-staff. No hidden extras.

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

Was initially worried - but this transaction went through smoothly.
