Disaster! 1 double charged for insurance 2 Being charged for damage we didn’t cause.

As the car I booked was not available I had a free upgrade to a Vauxhall Astra. Alex was very helpful with processing the pick up.

Not the same car booked, but a different alternate. In the same range. Car was quite okay with our expectations but since an hybrid vehicles, was in need of bettery service / maintenance and that was the only message promoting on display periodically. Otherwise, all fine.

Would definitely recommend EasyRentCars for easy, smooth and confirmed bookings and certainly for great price deals!
