Easyrencars was great but avoid EUROPCAR DUBAI at all cost if you want to survive in the desert

The staff were attentive and worked tirelessly to get us away asap at time of collection and again upon return. Thorough with checking vehicle condition both pre & post hire.

I have hired 3 vehicles through QEEQ within 2 months whilst holidaying in the USA & Dubai and couldn't fault either experience with QEEQ. I have read average reviews but my experience in 3 occasions has been excellent. In fact in the first occasion my flight was delayed and they were very easy to deal with via the app. 5 stars for me.

Useless real drama returning the car so annoying incurring cost for international phone calls from my phone as the office was closed and had to return to another location that would have been fine if they had bothered to contact me I mean they had ALL MY CONTACT DETAILS USELESS will never use again they simply don’t care
