Easy but quit giving me a sales pitch

Terrible service at the pick-up. Even with a previous reservation they did not have any cars and had to wait for them to get one. Rude, insensistive and careless at the counter. In the booking it said Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar. We got a Chevrolet Equinox which is similar for them. I assume that even though the space might be similar the class is very different! Very disappointed

The counter staff was very helpful and very easy to work with. I will choose this company again because of the gals at the front counter. The car was a bit difficult to find and when I did, the interior of the vehicle was not clean. The windows were so filthy that a gentleman from Payless attempted to clean them and they still looked bad. The inside smell of the car was very odd and not very nice as well. There had been several scratches on the vehicle that had been noted before I drove with it and there were cigarette burns in the drivers seat. Not cool. They said that there was nothing they could do to help me. So I reluctantly drove off for my trip.

Easyrentcars was easy to work with. I wish the price had dropped down! I did however get a AARP discount at the Payless counter. I would have liked to have known about that as an option upfront.

Check in and Check out people where rude and didn’t care that I was waiting and talking using their cell phones. Then give me a Van when I ordered Inter sadan for gas mileage but they didn’t want to provide it to me when there was 10-15 of them in the other area.

Very easy to use but don’t get how to get the discounts

Initial car was too small, so counter staff helped upgrade for $10/day more. It was a great choice though and worth it overall!

Like: Rental specialist was great, she was humorous and was quick to help us. It was very late so we could tell that everyone was tired, but we were helped and it was quick. Experience was great because our vehicle was not available, and we got a free upgrade. Specialist also did not at all push for any additional products or services, which is great and helps speed up the process for clients who know what they want!
Dislike: Being close to the airport means that this location will have lots of clients who arrive later than expected due to delayed flights. As this is out of everyone's control, a more legendary customer experience would be to have plans and accommodates for these clients. I was 1 hour late in picking up my vehicle, but it was given away because we were late. Although our rental specialist was able to upgrade us without a fee, it leaves me thinking what if there were no vehicles left, what would we have done? Car was also very dirty, food crunches left everywhere, windows were absolutely disgusting. We did have to clean it ourselves.
