ATTENTION: Europcar sneaky supervisor tried to downgrade our booking with a cheaper 4WD. Hold tight!

The service wasn't as expected. Nonetheless, we booked a very good 4WD car, once arrived, it's wasn't available. The Europcar supervisor pushed us to pick a 4WD car from a lower class (and cheaper) once, in reality, one of his employees told us that there were cars to upgrade instead to downgrade our (expensive) booking. His behavior was very sneaky and if you're not strong in holding your position (I paid for an excellent 4WD), you might end with a car with lower performances. I believe that they should think more about how to treat better their customers and give real value for the money we spend.

The reserved car was not available, but they provided a Mazda 6 of the same price range. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Overall, it was a great experience. Europcar is a global chain with a diverse selection of vehicles. Since this period coincided with the local Eid festival, comparable to Chinese New Year, the prices were significantly higher than usual.

Thank you Europcar! The service was great, and the receptionist Turkma was very friendly and efficient. What impressed me the most was that after returning the car, I forgot my watch in the trunk. I contacted the staff member Jeafer, and he kept it safe for me. The communication was very smooth. I am very grateful and highly recommend this rental company!
