inexperience staff during drop off, cleaness of the car need to improve

The company provided a brand-new car with great performance and ample space!

Great! Located right in the T2 terminal bus station, very easy to find. Arrived an hour early and smoothly picked up the car. The attendant was waiting in the parking garage when returning the car.

Picked up the car at 8 AM, there were only two service staff at the counter, but luckily the wait wasn't long. When returning the car, it coincided with lunchtime, but no extra fees were charged. Overall, quite satisfied.

The car was in good condition. During the pandemic, the company also provided disinfection to ensure driving safety.

The car was about average, roughly 2-3 years old but with relatively high mileage. Interior was clean and the drive's fairly smooth, but the engine was a bit noisy (have driven many Civics before). There were also many scratches around the body and rims. Considering the amount paid for this car/category, we weren't too happy given the above. We had expected for a newer or better maintained car. Hope to see improvements in the future.
