Pick up process abysmal. The rest generally good

The car rental company's office is somewhat far from the airport and requires a shuttle service, but the pick-up location is really hard to find. Otherwise, the service and car condition are excellent and highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the service. The order price was exactly the same as the actual price. The condition of the car was also very good.

The location was a bit away from downtown area, so I used taxi to get there, not walking distance.

It was easy to use and search available cars.

Car was good, shuttle bus provided to the location near the airport.

The pick up place was not clearly marked nor clearly described in the confirmation email. I called twice when I arrived at the airport and they were unable to tell me where it was. I waited for ages and there were many others left in the rain when I was eventually picked up.
