Nope, very rude staff,took forever.Try to rip you off and lied to you about existing damage to the car.Will never rent from routes again and tell family and friends, never rent because they are cheaters.

I knew pretty much what I would get and that is what we got. The price was over $200 cheaper than any other company. I knew it was off site and I knew I would need proof of insurance so picking up the vehicle went smoothly. The car was not very clean and was a very base model. The lady at pick up was kind of rude. They said we had to return the car vacuumed out, which I wasn't told at the beginning, but the manager waived that so it all worked out fine in the end. I would use them again for the amount we saved since that was our top priority.

I had a great experience with Easyrentcars.com. Everything went as expected

Picked up 12:30 am after flight delays and staff was still there from airport to location and I was driving away in 30 minutes
