i had better experience with Europcar Don Muang Branch before, maybe i am bad of luck this time

The male staff member at the pickup was too old, didn't speak Chinese, and his English was poor. It took a long time and the experience was not good. The rental cost was around 9000 THB for six days, much more expensive than I expected. There's also a 5000 THB pre-authorization that I don't know when it will be refunded; if not, it's a scam. When returning the car, I drove from Bangkok to Don Mueang Airport, but it took more than an hour to reach their office from the airport. It was very confusing! There were no gas stations nearby, and with half a tank left, they charged me 800 THB for fuel. Plus, there was a small scratch on the door for which I was charged 1500 THB, which I accepted. Next time, I will try to choose a rental company located inside the airport.

The car charger is not working, you delay my schedule for an hour just to find out charger is not working. Then change me another car. The second finally charger is working. GPS is a piece of rubbish never use GPS that rubbish and slow. Even Google map is better. The car have no backward radar, what car not have radar now-a-days. The car also do not have auto head light, no auto rain brush. How old is the car. Is it over 10 years? Finally , the car do run normally, and the drop off counter have good services
