The car wasn’t ready when I got there. It had to be cleaned. Our flight was late and I had to drive two more hours to my destination. It would have been nice to have had it ready. However, the car was what I expected and customer service at the counter was knowledgeable

Queued for ages. £280 booking became £660 after add ons. Tolls - advised penalties. Never actually went on toll road. Collision damage waiver - bought through EZ rent - Fox advised that it was not at minimum legal level so added their own.

I arrived on July 9 at 12:30 p.m. I then spent 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting in line for a car that I reserved at the Fox Rent A Car location. The Fox facility was dirty. I will not rent from Fox Rent A Car every again.
