This was the worst car rental experience i ever had in my life.

Our flight was cancelled and then delayed. We booked the car to pick up at 8am, but need to delay the pick up to 6:40pm on the same day. We couldn't contact Routes to deferred the pickup time. It was stressful initially not knowing if they will keep our booking or still charge as no show. Otherwise, we are happy with the condition of the car.

I contacted QEEQ help lines couple times, they have been helpful.

I was very happy, as they were able to upgrade me due to how busy they were with people coming in.

I was surprised that this was a brand new vehicle - I was quite possibly the 2nd person to ever drive it

I use them all the time - so far they can't be beat!

The car we got (Jeep) was much larger than the car we chose (Toyota). Although the size of the vehicle was not an issue for me, it did mean higher fuel costs. I'm not sure a vehicle the size I ordered was available. This could be an issue for others. There was no user manual in the car - we couldn't turn the internal lights off for a number of days until someone told us how. Even google couldn't help us (suggested taking the fuse out). However, the service from Routes was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Like: Friendly staff. Brand new car. Very good price
Dislike: long waiting period for pickup.
