PAINFUL EXPERIENCE, RUDE STAFF, RIDICULUS WAITING TIME!!!

Did not pick up the car

The car was not in great shape. There was residue from stickers all over the car and the side windows. The interior could have been cleaner. Counter staff was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Routes service location was dirty, in poor repair and garbage was strewn all over the ground while staff were sitting around. Not a great impression or great experience.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler to drive up to whistler and had a great experience with Routes. They had us checked in and in the car in no time and the return process was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Like: Friendly and very helpful staffs, great price for the vehicle
Dislike: It would be great if there's more car model to choose

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter.
Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
