The process for both pickup and drop-off was very efficient, and the staff member's attitude was excellent.

ALAMO is a local car rental company. Compared to other internationally renowned brands, the prices are much lower, but the service quality and standards are absolutely on par. However, there are more customers, so the waiting time in line is slightly longer. The vehicle condition is excellent, brand new and equipped with intelligent features.

The car rental company provides great service, but there were too many people and they forced me to purchase roadside assistance.

We arrived close to 11 PM and 2 lovely staff members were still diligently working. They were organized and knew their responsibilities well. The parking lot was right near the rental center and a gentleman personally guided us there, which was much better than our experience in Amsterdam.

Kindly surprised by renting the car from Alamo. Staff at the counter was not pushy, they made me feel comfortable and provided friendly advisements all the way through. Can only recommend, one of the best experiences.
