We were charged more than what our contract said. It was just $8.00, but it's disappointing to be charged more than what our contract said.

Customer service was horrible. Maybe the lady was having a bad day. The car was NOT what i had reserved and i was not told during booking. I found out when i went down to pick up the car and she didnt even bother to point out when giving me the papers. I was very disappointed cause I specifically wanted that car. To make matters worse, they overcharged fuel usage days after returning the car. It should've been about 10 dollars less.

Paid easy rentcars in advance but when picking up car from Fox had higher amount for rental Car was damaged when I picked up. Front bumper scraped and hub cap ripped off. Noted it But they should not be renting a damaged car that looked like that.

The car was VERY small. I was led to believe I was getting a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 and I received a Hyundai Santa Fe AWD. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I was charged an additional 10.95 per day for my fiancé to be able to drive too. Ridiculous! I WAITED TO GET THE VEHICLE FOR 1.5 hours and then once I received the paperwork, I waited an additional 30 minutes for the car to be brought out. VERY BAD experience. I will NEVER rent from FOX again!
