There was a long wait for the shuttle to pick me up. And it was not quick to get the car either. Staff was good. The computer was slow and the slowed down the process of renting. There was no windshield wiper liquid! that was really problematic. The car did not have a full tank of gas either.

Very poor customer service. Long wait times and very difficult to get help. The wait to get a vehicle took over 30 mins. Would not recommend or use again.

The car was not cleaned properly. Windshield and back window had so many water spots they were difficult to look out of. Inside of the car was dusty No signage if where to drop the car off Inside office was dirty and trashy

Very long wait picking up. Two people in front had to call their insurance companies. One walked out. The only car they had for us was a van. Badly worn tires. Body damage. They asked us to sign a blank sheet indicating no damage.
