Very poor customer service

The service guy Oswaldo was rude impoliteband unprofessional.mHentold me and my family to bet out of the premisces and that he would not rent us a car... the reason: i refused his proposal for additionnal upinsurance cover. I had proof of sufficient coverage by my insurance company from Canada for the amount of $2 million and still it was not enough. It was written on my resrvation : bring proof of insurance... which i did. Never ever again. This is a hoax and a extremely unreliable company... as they kept my money, without giving me any service, i should call this an act of robbery...

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Originally I read that I needed proof of insurance in order to not purchase insurance which was no problem, but when I went to pick up the car I discovered that I needed ridiculously high coverage and so had to pay $15/day for insurance. Then I also found out that I had to pay for a sun-pass toll thing for another $14/day. In their defense, both of these items were listed in the small print, but I felt taken advantage of. Then the car I ordered was supposed to be a small car and I was given a minivan which I didnt need or want but they said they had no other options. And finally, they gave me the car with only a 1/4 tank of gas which was very inconvenient for my 36hour rental. Was not impressed.

No complains about easycars.com. Seemed to work well and do its job.

The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. You need to ask someone to call the rent a car for them to pick you up. They tell you to use the courtesy phone; but the phone doesn't work.
