The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. Right Car rental should be wipe out of business. They are rip of company, as well as Economy rentals - the same strategy to lure customers with low price, charging them 2 or 3 times more than originally stated. We ended up cancelling our rentals, since they denied our personal insurance with $2,000.000 liability insurance coverage( they requirement is $300,000)? Basically, they are counting on your tiredness, and brazen requests you will have no other choices. I had cancelled my reservation on the spot, which person at the counter gladly proceeded with. Their raining should be 0, and no advertisement on car rentals web pages at all. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM,SCAM....

Sun pass is not a necessity in Fort Lauderdale, we could have managed without sun pass or could have used our own. But the agent didn’t agree to use our own, and informed that without sun pass we cannot take any highway in FL, that’s a lie.

Terrible service, very disrespectful. not pleasant one bit, customer walked out and cancelled booking because of bad reviews on Right Cars. I agree, will not rent there anymore, rather pay higher price, with people who are respectful.

Sous de fausse information ils ont tenté de mettre de la pression pour l'achat d'une Sunpass et ils ont chargé à notre insu une assurance optionnelle (dommage physique) non obligatoire (déjà couvert avec carte de crédit et assurance privée) après l'avoir signaler au commis ce dernier n'a rien corrigé. Il a dit que nous pouvions annuler la location. j'ai annulé!! Je n'avais pu confiance en RIGHT CARS et son commis. J'ai porté plainte a Easy rentcars pour être rembourser (processus toujours en cours)
