The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charge the 2000.00 security deposit. i called my CC company in front of them and they told me that there was no transaction being made. They lied and said it declined because they wanted me to pay for insurance when i had proof of my OWN. i fought with him and he showed care in the world. what a shame.

“Bad car rental agency”

They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

“You and your contractors are the worst.”

Never got car, be cause guy at counter lied and said my card got declined. I called my credit card company right in front of him and they said no request was even sent let alone denied. Told him to run it again and he wouldn't. They were mad that I refused all their additional options (charges). They were also rude to me and everyone else that came into their closet of a shop.
