The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. “Cheap and good.”

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

“The pick up staff was unprofessional and a bit surly. Check return address for accuracy!!!”

Our biggest frustration was the return address. When entered into GPS as 2929 S Federal Hy, Fort Lauderdale, it sent us 20 miles south. We finally found it on SE 6th Ave. A map or more instruction would have prevented this frustration!

“I cancelled my rental because of hidden fees by the supplier”

Canadians BEWARE they will not accept your proof of insurance and force you to get coverage with them. Also they will not accept that you use your own SUNPASS on their cars!!! I was renting a car for three weeks imagine the overcharge. Instead I cancelled my rental and lost my deposit.

There were hidden charges that the booking agency as well as the people at right cars did not tell me about. I was greatly disappointed and I will NEVER use your agency or right cars again. Also, I will tell as many people as I can about avoiding you. Rest Assured.
