Very bad experince

Very satisfied. It was my first time choosing this rental company. Full tank pickup and return policy, no upselling, the car was relatively new, and the price was reasonable.

Easy process

Goldcar representative at the airport refused to fulfill the rental contract terms and conditions and left us stranded without a car. Tried to insist that I had only paid a fuel deposit despite the rental company checking the terms for me days prior to the collection at the airport. Tried to get me to buy their insurance or pay another huge deposit for a small car. I would avoid this company with a bargepole in future. they didn't care that I had a child and was disabled

Easyrentcars were great in assisting me with my problem with Goldcar and booked another car paying the difference. I did have to go on another long trip the next day to collect but easyrentcars unlike goldcar were very helpful

Super bad service at goldcar I like to be contacted by the management so I can explain in detail! I hade also book a baby car seat but it was a joke the one I got . Poor lack of service is the biggest on I got shouted at and the guy told me to fuck off
