Good car but not much convenient flying in domestic

The car's condition was quite average. The front windshield had adhesive marks left after removing a film, making it very blurry and hard to clean, which affected visibility. The front desk tends to upsell insurance. If there are other rental companies available, it's better to avoid this one.

This rental experience was very unsatisfactory compared to previous ones. Your company requires the renter to be the sole driver. If additional insurance is not purchased, my husband is not allowed to drive! I only used my name to pay for the car online, but I am not the driver! Therefore, I am very dissatisfied! Other companies such as National, Yesaway, and Chic Car Rent do not have such requirements or extra named driver fees. So, I will not rent from Europcar again in the future.

It’s a very bad and terrible experience with europcar, we have to wait almost 2 hrs for pick up car, the car also dirty, old with a poor maintenance, low tires pressure that make us doubt in your service quality and security.

Like: They provided a bigger and better car than what I had ordered - as Mirage was not available.
Dislike: Audio in the car didn’t have a CD player - not a big issue.
