Reluctant to use company again as they appeared dishonest and untrustworthy

We got an upgrade car as no cars in the category which we ordered were available. Nice car, friendly staff but no spare wheel in car or water in screen wiper tank. Otherwise great.

We were happy with our hire car but did feel surprised to find out about the £1500 deposit payment which although was on the fine print did still come as a surprise.

The waiting time at the pick-up counter was even worse than Avis. Trust me, it is very bad.

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

Terrible organisation. Looks cheap on the face of it but then they bully you into taking additional cover when you arrive. Had already paid for extra insurance on time of booking and was told this wasn't sufficient and was useless and was then charged an additional 176 euros on top of the £80 i'd already paid in additional cover. Would never use this company again.
