Excellent experience! The staff noticed we had a lot of luggage and offered us a slightly larger car. Everything went smoothly, and they even provided a sign for foreign drivers to place at the back of the car.

Yes. Got a bigger car. Service was excellent and staff had enough English to make pick up easy and clarify drop off location after our GPS malfunction. I would suggest that the car GPS be updated. Some Hotel locations and points of interest were just not available in the car GPS.

Good platform. Gave us the car we wanted at a competitive price. Much easier than other platforms we looked at and significantly better than direct booking with the larger car companies
