Return process was quick, but finding the location was difficult.

Clean and well maintained car, pick-up and drop off process was smooth.

Easy to book, price protector didn’t kick in as the rental was at a very very good rate.

Car exterior not brand new. Had a few knocks. But inside is great. Aircon is great. Well maintained car. Easy processing.

There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.
