Quick and easy, and very good pricing

It was okay, but the staff at the store tried to upsell insurance.

Picked up the car at Edinburgh Waverley Station. Due to it being a central train station, there were many people, and we had to queue. It took over an hour from queuing to getting the car. The pleasant surprise was the vehicle upgrade, and the car came with a navigation system, which made driving to the Highlands smooth and effortless.

Quick processing and clear instructions.

1. The car I rented included an in-car GPS, but they still charged me extra for GPS. 2. After completing the rental procedures, I was given a key and had to go to a distant underground parking lot to pick up the car. They only told me the car model without providing the license plate number, making it like searching for a needle in a haystack. 3. My friend rented from another company, and the driver helped by bringing the car to the street level. 4. It took nearly an hour of waiting in line to get the car, and overall it took around two hours to get the car.

Like: Polo was easy to drive. Great and smooth trip and GPS was much needed.
Dislike: When picking up car, it was not parked at the slot mentioned. Had to ask for help.
