Very satisfied, 5-star rating. Bought full insurance to avoid trouble. The guy just did a quick check when I returned the car and it was all okay. The car was in good condition, around 15,000 km. It was comfortable for the whole family, with enough power to climb hills without any trouble. No problem driving around the island!

Car was as described in clean and serviceable condition, however there was tissue paper wedged between the windscreen and dashboard in three locations and a further tissue wedged into the front passenger side window. Perhaps to soak up leaks? However we never experienced any rain during the period of hire. Rather odd.

English communication was a challenge but manageable. My pick up location was changed at last minute although an hour before I called and they confirmed to pick from domestic counter when I reached it was closed andnthey asked me to reach international counter for paper work and finally my car was at domestic airport. I had to move twice with my luggage and family in night

Pick up and dropping off car took long time. Counter staff communication skills were poor. Will not choose thairentacar again terrible
