I had booked a Nissan Qashdai prior to my trip, for sure i noted that i may not get Nissan Qashdai as the rental car platform already stated the car may differ due to the demand. Nonetheless, i get a Holden Captiva Old Car without any reverse camera or USB port. After lodged complaint, they change Suzuki Vitara to me with the more than 110K km mileage. I did not see any Nissan Qashdai or better car at their shop. Probably they are using Nissan Qashdai photos with cheapest price to misleading customer. Not recommended.

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

I did get mustisibi outlander which was smooth and got power, lots of space and easy to drive , less economical , may be bit warm reception when we are there even though we need to wait bit while because they are busy , instead ignoring

“bad communication between Easyrentcars and Aucar”

Like: The car itself was OK; picking-up the car was not OK due to incorrect information provided by Easyrentcars.
Dislike: The information about pick-up and drop-off provided by Easyrentcars was not correct. It was difficult to understand over the phone correct information when you are in the airport with all announcements, crying children etc. Had to phone three times to get all needed information.
