Both car pickup and return were very efficient without any need to wait in line. Renting a car in the city center is much less crowded than at the airport. It was also very close to where I stayed, which was very convenient.

The car had milk or something previously spilled in it. The car really stank and was very unpleasant. I wouldn't give that to a paying customer. Disappointed we paid for the rental and got given a car that clearly had a bad smell. Disappointing considering the rest of the process was great.
