The experience was quite standard and acceptable. We used self-service for car pickup. Thankfully, we took photos from all angles! The rear license plate holder was broken, and it kept rattling while driving, making us worry it might fall off. During car return, the inspector shook the license plate and suspected we caused the damage. We then showed the photos taken during pickup to prove it wasn't our fault!
